The Birth of Metatulia Villas
Metatulia is a complex of 4 independent houses with 4 independent swimming pools that took its name from his location, in the west side of the traditional village of Selia, in south Crete.
Metatulia Exclusive Villas complex was constructed in 2021 and was opened to guests in May 2022. During construction we have used nature-friendly materials with almost zero carbon imprint and with minimum use of plastic. Moreover, the energy needed for the houses, come totally from renewable sources.
The four villas are independent and private having each of them, among other amenities, its private swimming pool, barbecue, large spaces and beautiful view of the sea horizon.
